Recently I had the privilege of spending an hour with Margaret Lynch using EFT tapping for money and I was absolutely amazed at what I have discovered. I had been struggling with PTSD over childhood trauma for more than 20 years when I met Margaret Lynch and was introduced to EFT. I had tried all the treatment modalities I knew of and yet my symptoms continued to worsen to the point where my mental health was interfering with my physical health. I experienced pseudo seizures and chronic pain which made it difficult to hold down a job, and caused problems in my marriage as well.

I researched EFT on the web and was given the name of a local practitioner which was Margaret Lynch. I e-mailed her with my story and how desperate I was to find an effective treatment for my illness. She responded immediately with a compassionate understanding of my situation. We scheduled an individual face to face session soon after. I was very skeptical because nothing had worked up to this point so I had very little optimism that this unconventional therapy would be any different.

I was very nervous at first to open up to a stranger about my difficult past but Margaret’s demeanor is so calm and reassuring that I quickly began to trust in her. With that first 90 minute session I was amazed at how different I felt. With each tapping regimen we did layer after layer of my deeply disturbed past was being peeled off of me. Margaret explained how as each layer was removed another layer would reveal itself and she was right on the money.

When we peeled away the layers of self inflicted guilt and sadness that had been there for so long it revealed a thick layer of anger that I did not even know existed. I have had several sessions with Margaret and have become so comfortable and trusting of her that I am able to do phone sessions with the same effective outcome. My life has changed so much since I began using EFT. I am once again a self confident, intelligent nurse who has a lot to offer the world.
